1. 시술 후 일시적으로 붓기가 생길 수 있습니다.
2. 구강 내 감염이 있는 부위에는 사용될 수 없습니다.
3. 이미 rhBMP-2가 체내에 존재하는 미성년자에게는 권장하지 않습니다.
4. 임신 또는 수유 중이거나 임신 계획이 있으신 분에게는 권장하지 않습니다.
5. 면역력이 결핍된 환자로 방사선 요법, 화학요법 또는 스테로이드 요법이 필요한 면역력이
결핍 된 분에게는 권장하지 않습니다.
